Current Construction

I-75 and Jacaranda Boulevard Interchange:
Interchange improvements continue at I-75 and Jacaranda Blvd. These improvements include a dedicated right turn lane on westbound Jacaranda Blvd. at the northbound on-ramp, a dedicated right turn lane on eastbound Jacaranda Blvd. at the southbound on-ramp, and an extended left turn lane on westbound Jacaranda Blvd. at the southbound on-ramp. Motorists will experience traffic shifts and temporary intermittent lane closures. Flaggers will be present as needed.

I-75 and Laurel Road Interchange:
Interchange improvements continue at I-75 and Laurel Road. These improvements include signalization, ramp widening and the extension of turn lanes on Laurel Road. Motorists will experience traffic shifts and temporary intermittent lane closures. Flaggers will be present as needed. For more detailed information please click here. 
 
I-75:
The contractor continues with the installation of new storm sewer drainage pipe, transporting  and placing fill dirt (embankment), and excavating for the new roadway and lateral roadway ditches. Additional activities include the maintenance of silt fence and installation of sod.  

Bridges:
The contractor is currently working on the bridges over Curry Creek, Salt Creek, Cow Pen Slough and Fox Creek.  

Motorists are reminded that the speed limit is reduced to 60 miles per hour during lane closures and speeding fines are doubled at all times when workers are present.
